| B. Creators |

| What does the creation process consist of? You post a proposal, connect with individuals to attract the talent you need, set the compensation for each member, collaborate and produce the video content, and when the video is complete you upload it for web distribution. |

| Do I pay professionals for their work? No, what happens is everyone in your team (including yourself) benefits according to the compensation breakdown, and how many views the video attracts. We don't like to discuss financials too much just yet because the more the focus is on money, the less likely anyone is to make any. Plus the web video advertising market is still very new. |

| How do I become part of a production team? You need to search for projects which interest you, connect with those creators, then place your bids on the projects you have a passion for and want to be part of. |

| Do creators pay me for my work? No there is no money exchanged on this site between creators and professionals. What happens is everyone in your team benefits according to how many views the video attracts. We don't like to discuss financials too much just yet because the more the focus is on money, the less likely anyone is to make any. Plus the web video advertising market is still very new. |

| D. Production Teams |

| How does a production team work? As of right now there are no permanent production teams here, just what we call on-demand teams that involves creators connecting to professionals to collaboratively produce a video. |

| How many teams can I be part of? You can build and be part of as many teams as you want at any given time. For every video produced there is a unique combination of individuals who made up that particular team. |

| Do locations matter to teams? We want to see teams built virtually on a global scale so location becomes irrelevant. Individuals involved in shooting the core video content may all need to be based in the same city or town, but all post production work can be completed remotely. |

| Can I get sponsors for my videos? You can but will need to work outside deals for brand sponsorship. We hope to provide a sponsorship section at some point in the future, which assists in connecting and helping integrate brands directly into video content. |
