| Can I invite my filmmaking contacts to Spidvid? Yes just sign into your Spidvid account and click on the "Invite Talent" link. You can quickly invite your contacts by tapping into your Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL email contact list directly, or you can manually enter email addresses.

| I don't want to be a Spidvid member anymore, can I delete my account? We hate to see you go, but yes. Sign into your Spidvid account, then click on the "Delete Account" link, and then click on the yes button for the question "Are you 100% positive that you want to delete your Spidvid account?" |

| Can I message another Spidvid member? For sure! Visit his or her profile, click on the "Contact Member" button, and send that member a message. You can also attach and share media files too. |

| How do I control the automated emails I get from Spidvid? Sign into your Spidvid account, click on the "Notifications" link, and there are automated email options you can turn off and on. Some examples: receiving a new message, a new bid on project, a new project which may interest you to bid on it, etc. |

| B. Video Creators |

| What does the production process consist of? You launch a project, connect with individuals to attract the talent you need, collaborate and produce the video, and when the video is completed you upload it for distribution.
Spidvid has native distribution to UnleashVideo.com, and videos can also be uploaded externally to YouTube, Vimeo, and other video sharing sites. |

| Can I pay talent for their time? While we don't currently offer a payment system on our site, you can certainly pay individuals who work on your video and film projects outside of Spidvid on PayPal for example.
We are building an escrow payment system for Spidvid right now which will make paying and receiving money safe and secure. This payment feature will be launched in March 2013. |

| Can I invite talent to bid on my video project? Absolutely! Just sign into your Spidvid account, click on the "Manage Projects" link, click on the "Open" tab, then select "Invite Talent" from the drop down menu. From there you can search for screenwriters, directors, actors, VFX artists, or whatever type of individual you may need. |

| My film project is in "stealth mode" right now, can I launch a private video project? Yes you can, on the post project page you can choose if your project is public, or private. If a private project is selected the project won't be listed on Spidvid, and can only be viewed by members who have the unique project link. |

| Can I edit my project's details? Yes, just sign into your Spidvid account, click on the "Manage Projects" link, click on the "Open" tab, then select "Edit Project" from the drop down menu. Proceed to edit those project details on the edit project page. |

| Can I share my video projects on Twitter or Facebook? Yes you can! There is a Twitter and Facebook button on project pages, and by clicking on either of those will allow you to socially share a project page quickly and easily. |

| If I launch a video project on Spidvid, do I have to upload the video through Spidvid too? No, the video belongs to you so you can upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, or wherever else you want online.
If you do upload a video through Spidvid it goes to UnleashVideo.com and our team will help you promote it for free. |

| C. Creative Talent |

| How do I become part of a video production team? You need to search for video projects which interest you, then place your bid on the projects you have a passion for and want to be part of. |
|

| Do video producers pay me for my time and talent? As of right now, there is no money exchanged on Spidvid between video producers, and talent. But individuals can be paid for projects externally on PayPal and other payment systems. We will be implementing an internal payment system soon, which will allow members to pay and to be paid safely and securely.

| Can I edit my bid on video projects? Yes, once you have bid you can edit your bid as long as the video project remains live on Spidvid. |

| If a video project interests me, can I save it for later? Yes you can, just go to the project page, click the "Add to watch list" link, and the project will be saved in your account on the "Watch List" page. |

| Can I bid on any video project? If your Spidvid account has the skill set to contribute to a video project, then yes.
For example if a project requires a screenwriter, and you are in fact a screenwriter, then you need to make sure your Spidvid account has screenwriter listed in your skill set section before you can officially place a bid as a screenwriter. |

| D. Production Teams |

| How many teams can I be part of? You can build and be part of as many teams as you want at any given time on Spidvid.
For every video produced there is a unique combination of individuals who made up that team. |
|
|
| Do team member locations matter? Absolutely not! For your video shoots you will need actors, directors, and your crew to be on site, but for all pre and post production location becomes less relevant. |
|
|
| Can I get sponsors for my videos? Yes you can, but will need to work outside deals for brand sponsorship. |

| E. Payments Made Between Spidvid Members |
|

| What does "My Escrows" mean? After an individual is hired to do work on a project on Spidvid he or she can request money through an escrow payment structure.
Any escrow payment requests made are displayed on the My Escrows page. They can be viewed in more detail, and paid. Previously paid escrow requests are also displayed.
Note on how an escrow payment structure works: Money is paid into a holding account by a video creator before work gets started by an individual. When the work gets successfully completed, the video creator releases the money and the individual who did the work receives the financial compensation. |

| What does "My Invoices" mean? After an individual completes work on a project on Spidvid he or she can request money to be paid to them directly on our site.

| What does "View Transactions" mean? On the View Transactions page, every payment ever made, or money received on Spidvid is displayed here. |

|
| What payment processing service is used? Currently we use PayPal to handle all escrow and invoice payment processing.
Based on Spidvid member demand, we may add additional payment processing services in the future. |
|
|
| Can I request multiple payments for each project? Yes. As long as the Spidvid project is active and an individual is on the project's team, her or she can request escrow or invoice payments multiple times.
This is useful when an individual wants to get paid according to each milestone reached. |
